Product description:
Smooth adjustment and precise setting of the parallel stop. The 9-way ball-bearing roller carriage system lets you get more out of your saw. Thanks to the innovative spring system, the slide rail automatically adjusts to the gap in the U-profile, preventing annoying jamming. Reinforced by the ball-bearing rear, the "drag" effect of the parallel stop disappears, ensuring a consistently consistent relationship between the parallel stop and the sawblade.
A size 2 Phillips screwdriver, a 3mm Allen key and a 10mm socket are required for assembly or disassembly. These are not part of the scope of delivery.

Great upgrade for the saw! The original carriage only runs on plain bearings, which always makes it a bit jerky. With this conversion kit you have the whole thing on ball bearings and the stop simply runs much easier. Quality top. There is a detailed installation and setting video on YouTube Fused 3D in addition. Thumbs up!

After the small delivery problem (the two springs could not be found in the package, but were delivered immediately), the rip fence on my Bosch 635-216 was quickly converted. The fine-tuning is not yet 635% complete, but this cannot be attributed to the product, but rather to my craftsmanship, which can be improved. The parts are robust and at the same time delicately designed. I think I did a good job with the conversion kit. In my opinion, the article is highly recommended and significantly enhances the 216-XNUMX.

I made the conversion immediately after receiving it. Very good improvement in plain bearings. The only point of criticism is that from a cutting width of 26cm the stop leaves the guide with a ball bearing and is then no longer precise. Another ball bearing a little further to the left could help here to force the lead.
